Pure Esthetic International Personal Data Processing Policy

Pure Esthetic International, acting in accordance with the principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, recognizes the right and principle of privacy and protection of personal life, which is considered one of the fundamental rights and freedoms, at every stage of data processing activity.

Accordingly, the personal data collected and/or transmitted to Pure Esthetic International are processed for the following purposes:

Taking measures within the scope of Pure Esthetic International’s activities,

Evaluation and resolution of requests and complaints from the relevant persons,

Planning and execution of human resources processes of Pure Esthetic International, staff recruitment, creation and storage of personnel files, conducting exit interviews,

Pure Esthetic International collects and processes certain personal data of customers/employees, employees and authorized persons in businesses where services are received for the purposes specified in Article 11 of this policy. These personal data are processed only when directly related to the contract and when necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract. Personal data are processed when they are necessary to meet the requirements of execution and service within the scope of the contract.

In addition, Pure Esthetic International ensures the management of customer relationships by processing personal data related to customers in customer relationship management systems. Customer relationship management systems process the personal data required to maintain and develop the relationship with the customer.

In this context, Pure Esthetic International may process personal data for the management of customer relationship and service quality processes, resolution of customer complaints and requests, and promotional and advertising activities for customers. In this context, all necessary activities are carried out to increase customer satisfaction and service quality.

Legal Grounds

The processing of personal data by Pure Esthetic International is based on the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legal regulations. Accordingly, the legal basis for Pure Esthetic International’s processing activities is based on the provisions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK. In this regard, Pure Esthetic International processes personal data only for the reasons specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.
